Early Morning Departure
Your Luxor adventure begins with an early pick-up at 5:00 AM from your hotel in Hurghada. Sit back and enjoy the 4-hour drive (approximately 350 km) in a comfortable, air-conditioned vehicle as you journey to Luxor, where the wonders of ancient Egypt await.

Explore the Karnak Temple Complex
Your first stop will be the Karnak Temple Complex, one of the most impressive religious sites in Egypt. The temple is dedicated to Amun-Ra, the supreme god of ancient Egypt, and is a sprawling site filled with colossal columns, obelisks, and intricate carvings. Discover the sanctuaries, kiosks, and ancient relics within this vast complex, which served as the religious heart of Thebes.

Lunch and Relaxation
After exploring the Karnak Temple, you will enjoy a delicious lunch at a local restaurant where you can relax and refuel for the rest of the journey.

Sailing on the Nile to the West Bank
Next, you’ll board a traditional felucca boat for a scenic ride across the Nile to the West Bank, where the royal necropolis of ancient Egypt is located. On this side of the river, you’ll explore the Valley of the Kings and Valley of the Queens, where the tombs of Egypt’s most famous pharaohs, including Tutankhamun, are carved into the mountain’s cliffs.

Visit the Mortuary Temple of Hatshepsut
One of the most architecturally significant sites in Egypt, the Temple of Queen Hatshepsut is a stunning structure built into the cliffs of the Theban Hills. This mortuary temple is considered a masterpiece of ancient Egyptian architecture and honors one of the most remarkable female pharaohs in Egyptian history.

Colossi of Memnon
Your final stop in Luxor will be the Colossi of Memnon, the two massive statues of Pharaoh Amenhotep III. These imposing statues stand as silent guardians of the ruins of Amenhotep III’s mortuary temple, offering a striking end to your day of exploration.

Return to Hurghada
After a day filled with history, culture, and awe-inspiring monuments, you will board your vehicle and head back to Hurghada, arriving with unforgettable memories of one of Egypt’s most extraordinary cities.
